(Interpreter Endotype™) In this podcast episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Stephanie Ritz, a business coach who specializes in helping corporate professionals start and grow their coaching or consulting businesses alongside their nine-to-five jobs. Stephanie shared her own journey of transitioning from a corporate job to a successful coaching business, which allowed her to become a digital nomad and travel the world while working with her clients. We discussed the biggest shift people need to make when transitioning from corporate to entrepreneurship, the importance of mindset in this process, and the need for a long-term strategy rather than expecting immediate results. Stephanie also emphasized the value of being transparent about the challenges and struggles of building a coaching business and the importance of finding marketing strategies that align with your natural strengths and enjoy doing. Stephanie also highlighted the benefits of offering free or low-cost services when starting out as a coach to gain experience, testimonials, and refine your message.
