Leaving Coaching? Why?

I had the pleasure of speaking with Jillie Johnston, a Worthiness & Courage facilitator, speaker, and coach who empowers brave women to step into their full potential and create lives and businesses that ignite their souls. In our conversation, Jillie shared her journey of pivoting from a nomadic lifestyle to planting roots and building community, as well as transitioning from traditional coaching to focusing more on speaking and facilitating. She courageously discussed her decision to move away from using the title of coach due to the harmful aspects she sees in the coaching industry, emphasizing the importance of bringing humanness back into coaching.

 

Through her upcoming program, "Brave One," Jillie is dedicated to helping individuals embrace their courage and turn their daydreams into reality.  She encourages listeners to explore their own breadcrumbs and embrace courageous actions.
