So many coaches blame Imposter Syndrome for their lack of success in business, especially sales. In this episode, we discuss aligning your pricing, the connection between money mindset and imposter syndrome, and why the fear around asking for your worth might not be what you think.
If you're still trying to overcome, silence or move through imposter syndrome, you're missing the gift of it. Instead of pushing those thoughts away, I encourage you to slow down, identify the real warning they’re offering, and use that information to move forward with confidence. It’s not about doing more or being more—it’s about understanding the parts of your mindset that are holding you back and working with them to make choices that move you closer to your goals in 2025.

Many coaches struggle with the idea of sales. In this mini episode, I dive into the process of sales, exploring how to shift your mindset and approach to selling without feeling icky or pushy. Whether you prefer sending proposals, listing prices on your website, or having a personal conversation with potential clients, it's about finding what aligns with your process and your way of working.
I also share a method I’ve seen work well for many coaches—the "Costco method" of selling. Think of it like offering a sample of your coaching: give potential clients a taste of what working with you is like, and let them experience your process. By framing sales as part of the coaching experience, you’ll begin to see that sales and coaching are really the same thing. You're helping clients see the value of what you offer. If you have the solution to their problem, it’s your job to make them aware of it.

(Builder) In this episode of the Raving Coaches podcast, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jordan Keefe, a coach who specializes in helping men overcome pornography addiction. Jordan's personal journey of battling with porn for 14 years and almost losing everything has led him to a place where he now supports individuals in rising above their addiction and quitting for good. His approach is unique in that he doesn't follow a traditional 12-step program but instead focuses on teaching the secrets of breaking the cycle, thinking independently, and regaining confidence to heal broken relationships. Jordan's message is clear: overcoming addiction is possible, and he provides the tools and guidance to make it happen.
Jordan also shares valuable insights into his marketing and client acquisition tactics during the interview. He discusses his lead generation strategy, which involves offering a free guide on the three biggest hurdles to quitting pornography. This approach allows potential clients to take the first step towards seeking help and understanding the process of overcoming addiction. Jordan's method of gradually introducing clients to different levels of support, from free resources to one-on-one coaching, showcases a strategic approach to client engagement that listeners can learn from and implement in their coaching businesses.
